Summary:

Error viewing tickets for other locations - Document Header is not valid (if ’Allow other locations’ is not selected on the System Security Code)

Cause:

This is by design.

Solution:

• In Setup/System/Users/MGR/System Security Code, check allow other locations to allow users to both view and enter transactions for another location, that is not the default workgroup location.
