Does NCR Counterpoint support the use of Microsoft Windows Regional Settings other than English (US)?

Solution:

Unfortunately, NCR Counterpoint does not support using Regional Settings other then English (US) throughout the software.  Using other Regional Settings can cause various errors within the software due to how the dates and numerical values are stored in the database.
