Summary:

Button labels display over images. Button text is overlapping images. Font in Counterpoint does not fit onto screens within the application. Date ranges are overlapping on reports. Name field hidden on user record screen.

Cause:

Font size selected for the CPSQL user is too large.

Solution:

In Setup / System / User Preferences / User Interface select a smaller font size.

In Windows, change to a smaller font size in the Control Panel / Display Properties. The suggested DPI is 96 for non-Citrix environments (Control Panel / Display Properties / Settings / Advanced*). *This path may vary depending on the Operating System.
