Steps to remove the ’Set up Batches’ button, remove the prompt to create batches for users

Solution:

Remove ’Batches’ From the user’s menu code.

1. From the NCR Counterpoint main menu browse to Setup / System / Menu Codes.
2. Enter or Lookup and select the menu code that is assigned to the user(s).
3. Click the Edit Menu button.
4. From the Custom Menu browse to Setup / System and highlight the Batches menu option.
5. Right-click on Batches and click Delete
6. Click the Save button on the menu bar.
