8.3.8 Error: System date is outside current calendar
Summary:
Error: System date is outside current calendar
Cause:
The current calendar in NCR Counterpoint is not in alignment with the system date of the workstation.
Solution:
One of the following solutions should resolve the problem.
- Edit the workstation’s date to match today’s date.
- Select Setup/ System/ Company. On the Main tab, change the Current Calendar value
Note: This message was removed in v8.3.9, but it is still necessary to go into Setup / System / Company and update the current calendar year.
