How to restrict Ticket Entry login to one store

Summary:

Can the login for Ticket Entry be limited to only one store? How to lock down the store selection on the login screen for Touchscreen/Ticket Entry.

Solution:

• In Setup/System/Workstations, enter a value into the Workgroup field and clear the Allow Other Workgroups check box.
• In Setup/System/Security Code setup clear the Allow Other Stores check box.

This locks the workgroup and only allows the user to log into the store associated with the current workgroup.
