Status 3031 Severity: Error: The "From" or "To" values in the provided RefNumberRange Filter are invalid

Summary:

When vouchering receivings to Quickbooks the message "Status 3031 Severity: Error: The "From" or "To" values in the provided RefNumberRangeFilter are invalid" is received.

Cause:

This is a known issue with Quickbooks/Intuit sofware caused by having an Invoice number that is all numeric and/or is 11+ digits long - it tries to convert it to a long integer and then fails with an overflow resulting in the error message seen.

Solution:

Correct this issue by entering at least 1 alpha character into the invoice number and/or use an invoice # of 10 characters or less and this should allow the vouchering to work.
