Summary:

Message "QuickBooks company datafile is already opened and is different from the one requested" when attempting to interface distributions or voucher receivings from CounterPoint SQL to QuickBooks with a direct interface.

 

Cause:

QuickBooks is in use when the interface is attempted

 

Solution:

Close all instances of QuickBooks and retry.
