Warning: The default customer is not on file

Summary:

Warning: The default customer is not on file entering Ticket Entry

Cause:

• Default customer has not been defined for the store

And

• Station is setup to being tickets in the Customer field.

Solution:

• In Setup/ Point of Sale/ Stores / Main assign a Default customer.

OR

• In Setup/ Point of Sale/ Stations / Main set Begin tickets at: as Lines or Payment.
