’Use BOGO/Twofer pricing’ checkbox is greyed out when setting up a price rule

Summary:

When defining a price rule for a Contract, Promotional or Special Price the Use BOGO/Twofer pricing checkbox is not available.

Cause:

The assigned Mix-and-Match code is setup to group prices based on something other than total quantity.

Solution:

Edit the Mix-and-Match code from Inventory/ Prices/ Mix-and-Match codes and set the Price based on to be Total quantity.
