Pay code recap section of the Ticket History Report does not match the Pay Code Management History report

Summary:

Why is the amount for a pay code in the Pay code recap section of the Ticket History report different than the total for the same pay code in the same time frame on the Pay Code Management History report? 

Cause:

The Pay Code Management History report includes the total amount received for the pay code; it does not reflect the change given. The Ticket History report totals the amount received and subtracts any change given.

Solution:

The Pay Code Management History report has an option to Show net tender and exchange loss. If this option is selected the report will display the amount received minus any change given. This will align the totals on the Pay Code Management History report with the Ticket History Pay code recap section.
