Cause:

There are no available seats for the device to use.

Solution:

Go to https://userportal.counterpointpos.com and login with the serial number and zip code
Click on Solutions
Mobile POS
Register Now
My Account (upper right)
Seating Information
Scroll to the bottom to select a device to unseat.
Close out of the CPMobile application on the mobile device, and log in - selecting the contract when prompted.
