Cause:

There are no available seats for the device to use.

Solution:

• Go to https://userportal.counterpointpos.com and login with the serial number and zip code
• Click on Solutions
• Mobile POS
• Register Now
• My Account (upper right)
• Seating Information
• Scroll to the bottom to select a device to unseat.
• Close out of the CPMobile application on the mobile device, and log in - selecting the contract when prompted.
