Please be aware that NCR Voyix has updated the NCR Secure Pay servers to Monetra v9.19.4 and testing indicates that this resolves the prior reported issues of DEBIT / Contactless TAP authorization attempts failing in large numbers.
We are planning to re-enable all previously disabled debit and EBT paycodes for all merchants. This is scheduled to happen on Tues. 4/14/2026 at 2 a.m. EDT.
If you would like to re-enable debit or EBT paycodes prior to this date, please do so on the NSP portal. Note: All workstations and payment terminals will need to be rebooted after any changes are made on the NSP portal to paycode enablement.
Please monitor settlements tonight and over the weekend debit is reenabled and report any settlement balancing issues to Support.SQL@ncrvoyix.com
