Error: No servers defined attemping to authorize credit cards

Summary:

Error: No servers defined attempting to authorize credit cards

Cause:

Typically, a setup issue.

Solution:

• If using CPDialup, in Setup / Point of Sale / Stores / Credit Cards, verify that the Store having the problem has localhost in the Primary and Secondary Dialup Server fields.  To use a station’s modem, enter the hostname or IP of the dial-up server to use.
