Steps to Change Processor Parameters for an Existing NCR Secure Pay Account

Summary:

Steps to Change Processor Parameters for an Existing NCR Secure Pay Account

How Do I Add Debit Card Parameters or Change Other Processor Parameters for an Existing NCR Secure Pay Account?

Cause:

Processor parameters configured upon initial creation/registration of an NCR Secure Pay account may need to be changed due to incorrect information on the VAR sheet (provided by the credit card processor) or the addition of parameters such as debit card processing.

Solution:

Use the NCR Secure Pay Settlement Portal to change processor parameters for an existing store/account. For example, debit parameters can be added here once obtained from the credit card processor.  A new account does not have to be created in order to change parameters for the existing processor on the account.

NOTE: Store edits can no longer be made from the User Portal, they must be made from the Secure Pay Portal directly.
