Summary:
Lane5000 error on manual entry using FDMS as processor: The mathematical check (luhn/mod10) on the account number has failed.
Cause:
The Lane 5000 is running an older version of firmware that had a known issue using manual entry with First Data. The firmware needs to be updated to at least 6.50.01
Solution:
Update firmware on Lane 5000 to 6.50.01 (or higher):
