Summary:

Information to Whitelist Email Addresses for NCR Secure Pay Settlement Emails

Cause:

With the October 16, 2018 move to AWS (Amazon Web Services) for the NCR Secure Pay production service, we have also changed the service we use to send scheduled settlement emails.

Solution:

If merchants ask about missing settlement emails, please communicate this information which they can use to whitelist the email senders. The from address will now look like this:
