Error importing CPOnline Orders: Cannot override tax; no authorities

Summary:

Error importing CPOnline Orders: Cannot override tax; no authorities

Cause:

This message is given when the Tax Code has no tax authority assigned.

This cannot happen when the Tax Code is setup in NCR Counterpoint SQL and has only been seen when Tax Codes are imported into the database.

Solution:

Go to Setup / System / Tax Codes and edit each Tax Code and make sure a valid Tax Authority is assigned.
