Cause:

This error is coming from the credit card processor.

Solution:

• Review the VAR sheet and the credit card setup information in CPSQL.  Refer to the online help topic: Setting up credit card processing  as a guide to determine if the information is in the proper format for the processor. 
• Review the Pre-Settlement Report to verify there is no obivous data omission.
• Contact the processor for troubleshooting assistance.
