Summary:

Error attempting to run the Sales History by Month View report: This view requires aggregation of sales data in order to work. Please request your administrator to turn on Data Aggregation in the ’Management Console’ utility.

Cause:

Forecast data is not being aggregated.

Solution:

In the NCR Counterpoint Management Console / Data Aggregation, ensure ’Forecasting’ is enabled.
