Summary:
Error: AVS Mismatch when using Canadian or other non-US address formats
Cause:
This problem has been reported when processing credit cards through RBS Worldpay for customers with Canadian addresses where the State ID and Zip Code do not match valid two character US State ID’s or five digit zip codes.
Solution:
AVS for Canadian addresses is not currently supported with RBS Worlday. If you are receiving this message with other credit card processors, please contact the processor to find out if address verification services are supported for Canadian or other international addresses.
