Summary:
When running the Point of Sale / Reports / Unposted Sales Analysis Report, Hold and Quote documents are displayed.
Cause:
By design.
Solution:
By default, the Unposted Sales Analysis report will include holds and quotes.
To prevent these documents from being displayed on the report, customize the filter on the document header tab, adding the conditions to exclude these two document types by setting the report to display where document type is in ticket, order, etc, or where document type is not exactly hold or quote.
