Solution:

As of 8.4.6.6, this message is controlled by the ’Prompt for Last 4 Digits’ selection in the device setup.

In Setup / Point of Sale / Devices - uncheck the ’Prompt for Last 4 Digits’ box to disable the prompt on the Ingenico device.
